In connection with our Client's complaint (I MADE LENCONG) which states in essence: that you as a tenant of Villa Kamasutra Legian belonging to our Client, you have committed an act of vandalizing furniture belonging to our Client's Villa, which caused material damage to the Client. we. The value of material losses due to your actions is as follows:---------------------------

1. Damage to Villa Furniture worth Rp. 245.000.000,- (two hundred forty five million rupiah)
2. Damage to the inner and outer walls plus a repair fee of Rp. 200,000,000,- (two hundred million rupiah)
3. Unpaid villa rent worth Rp. 354,000,000.- (three hundred and fifty four million rupiah).

Thus the total value of our client's material losses is Rp. 799,000,000.- (seven hundred and ninety nine million rupiah). ----------------------------------------------------------------------------

We, attorneys, ask you to pay for the loss as soon as possible, no later than 7 (seven) days from receipt of this subpoena. That our Client hereby also terminates our Client's villa rental agreement unilaterally to you, considering your actions that have harmed our client, so to avoid further and greater losses, our Client hereby terminates our villa agreement to you. ----------------

If within 7 (seven) days of receipt of this letter, you do not heed this subpoena/legal warning letter, our attorneys will take legal action both criminal (alleged violation of Article 406 of the Criminal Code regarding destruction of other people's property) and civil lawsuits.
