4. Net profit is the transaction value (property sale or rental of property) after deducting Investment Capital, Notary Service Fees and Taxes and previously agreed operational costs.
5. Duration of Agreement: This agreement will commence on the date it is signed by both parties and will remain in effect until the property is successfully transacted (property sale or property rental) and all profits have been distributed in accordance with this agreement, where everything will be conveyed periodically every day, week or month via email: agusputra.lawyer@gmail.com.
6. Dispute Resolution: If a dispute arises from or in connection with this agreement, the parties will prioritize resolving the dispute through joint discussion and negotiation, to reduce the impact/major loss. If the dispute cannot be resolved through joint discussion within 60 days, the parties agree to resolve the dispute through mediation. If mediation fails, the parties may then seek a settlement through civil law in a competent court.
